If your primary goal is stress relief and general relaxation, Swedish or Aromatherapy massage is ideal. For stubborn muscle knots, sports recovery, or postural stiffness, Deep Sport Tissue, Cupping, or IASTM is recommended. For fluid retention or post-op recovery, choose Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Our therapists conduct a brief health history assessment at the start of your appointment to tailor pressure and techniques to your comfort.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to complete or verify your confidential health intake form. Your therapist will discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and treatment preferences. You will be given complete privacy to disrobe to your comfort level on a heated table beneath clean, professional sheets and blankets (standard Ontario CMTO draping). Communication regarding pressure is welcomed throughout the entire session.
